Shipping Policy:

If your product is defective, you may return it for a refund, or an immediate replacement, subject to manufacturer/publisher restrictions. Returns of any item must be done within 14 Days from time of delivery. Before returning any item, you must contact our returns department via email within 14 days of your invoice date for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
