Return Policy
If your product is defective, you may return it for a refund, or an immediate replacement, subject to manufacturer/publisher restrictions. Returns of any item must be done within 14 Days from time of delivery. Before returning any item, you must contact our returns department via email within 14 days of your invoice date for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. In addition, items containing both wood and silver and antique leather goods are excluded.

Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 90 minutes from the time that your order was placed. Please email us at Lamehadrin@msn.com or call us at 718-337-8652.

Tax
Lamehadrin.com shall withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within New York State. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state.

International Orders
All international customers must pay by credit card. We do not accept wire transfers at this time. All international orders must have the same ship to and bill to address entered on their order that is on file with the credit card issuer. International orders cannot be shipped to a different address. Any order placed with an international credit card is considered an international order. Any order placed from outside the United States is considered an International Order, with the exception of U.S. Military Personnel. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes.
